Invest in human infrastructure

Human connection is core to flourishing and well-being.  We need to invest in us, humans, to work collectively.  Technology will gradually be able to do more and more mundane and repetitive jobs, but we must invest in childrecare, teachers, counsellors, community workers, environmental stewards, health providers, and more.  We need more people paid to do jobs in our communities, so we work with and for each other.

Such an approach will not only make us healthier, but also save our planet.  Meaningful work, where we are all paid with fair parity, and there is not huge differences in income based on gender and ethnicity, will actually REDUCE the current huge costs of hospitalisations, expensive medical care, and incarceration.
