Spend money on nurses n doctors not on consultants

The money you have wasted on creating new health entities that should have been used to attract new nurses and doctors 

Nz is having huge waiting times not because of no centralisation but because of less staff in hospitals. At the stage to be qualified to practice, it is damn hard for overseas doctors. Telling you from my experience in Wellington Hospitals HR team. There are so many people want to practice GP and nursing but useless rules doesnt allow them to get into work any easy. Same with dentists. My friend who was dentist in asia for 10 years got married in NZ but can't practice unless she spends $70k on new qualificationss. So they are moving to Australia next week. Hope you get the idea.
