Remove Urgent Care GP Costs

Urgent care medical costs can be up to $130 from what I've seen. Remove these costs around the country to reduce ED congestion and admin. People will access urgent care if they need it, rather than if they can afford it. While I don't want this to disincentivise those who need it to go to ED, make urgent care a more viable option for consumers to improve outcomes.
