Improve access to specialized care

The shortest wait time for any specialist in auckland is 3 months, but often years depending on what you're needing. In the meantime, those on wait lists often have a reduced quality of life, live in pain or illness, and may be suffering financially if the condition they're waiting to investigate stops them from being able to work or function. 

We need a better way of managing our secondary Healthcare. Its hard enough getting a good GP that will refer you to someone with expertise, we don't need to wait so long to get that appointment.
