Health check postpartum and with smear

Funded post partum check for resolution of bleeding, breast feeding, pelvic floor, contraception and mental health. Funded follow up appointment if necessary for outstanding issues. 
Funded 30 minute health check with smear. Could include: period control. Contraception. Sexual history eg risk for STIs, vaginal dryness, libido. Urinary and bowel control. Fertility planning. Need for breast screening. Parenting/relationships. Mental Health. + possible funded follow up appointment for outstanding issues. 

These are issues that are not routinely checked for but can have significant impact in the lives of women. If issues are picked up early enough then early intervention could help reduce more significant problems down the line.
