Ensure Disabled People can self-describe

The health sector needs to ensure that disabled people can self-describe as disabled. There are many disabling conditions out there but the Health & Disability Government Sector seems to have a very narrow view on what a 'disability' can be or what being 'disabled' can look like.

Currently people are denied supports and services because we don't fit into your tiny box of what "disability" is. This is inherently problematic and ableist.
