Benefits for all people with Aspergers without testing partners income

I would like to see benefits for all people with Aspergers without testing partners income as in other countries this happens. It helps the person who may be in employment but due to there disabilities can only manage to do less hours than the 40 hours per week. I myself have disabilities and Aspergers and have always found it very hard to get support from Work and Income around this us I'm not able to work the 40 hours per week that most other people can so I'm disadvantaged because of my disabilities and Aspergers.

Why the contribution is important

It would help the person who may be in employment but due to there disabilities and Aspergers have found it very hard to get support from Work and Income around this us because to work 40 hours per week would be to much for them. Where other people without disabilities or Aspergers can work 40 hours per week. So the person who have disabilities and Aspergers ended up disadvantaged with income  and having this other support from work and Income would be helpful because most partners of someone who has disabilities or Aspergers are also disadvantaged as well because of the cost of living and supporting their partner with disabilities and Aspergers on their wages which make it hard for both to live on at times.

Yes, and for all people with a neurological disability! Many with ADHD or autism spectrum have little access to full support and yet have poorer employment and social outcomes. There needs to be a more comprehensive and broad approach to this. How health can contribute to this I don't know, but possibly include ACC? Or other forms of social insurance?
