A full MRI every 2 years

Get a full MRI for everyone from when you turn 30 or 25, people could pay half the price and get it done, something similar to bowel cancer screening, but start younger.  

 Would make it easy to identify issues from an early stage.  The government could subsidise it, and people could choose to have it done or not, but there is that option.  Would probably help young people live longer.
