Make everybody's medical records accessable for hospitals and medical staff such as GP's. 

Currently there is no access between north and south island and huge problems when transferring digital medical files between doctors. I personally have had numerous test results and medical records lost through change of GP and face a blank canvas when in hospital as staff can't access  records from north island.
