Stop charging the earth for hospital parking

If you have to park at the hospital to access treatment, and it is really expensive, then that isn't free hospital care is it. 
If only those who can afford parking can have support people, or visitors when they are in hospital, then we aren't getting our rights to bring a support person, and can't be connected to the emotional support we need. 
You also have a system where healthy, abled people can park a block or two away, but those who cannot walk that far, due to disability, illness, or even having small children in toe, etc etc, are forced to pay. 
 

If accessing the hospital is a right, then surrounding it with car parks that cost an arm and a leg, is not exactly supporting that. 
Public transport is just not an option for some people, for a range of reasons, from disability, to cost if you have a large family, to distance if you are rural.
