Correctly inform people of whom they are going to see, this reduces wasted time for numerous people.

Hospitals and other medical facilities should as a standard measure confirm medical personel registration annual, and there should be a register held on site of locations in which these professionals are working.  

Hospitals should not inform a person they are going to see a particular profession for a member of the public to be able to preform an internet search - only to find that the person identified as a specialist in a pearticular feild only hold a general qualification.  

Correctly putting people into the right positions, and holding people to account for the position they are holding is paramount to instll faith in the system
