Are decisions made with suitable input?

I would like to see policy and services developed for women by women in the main, and with viewpoints taken by everyday women not just academics/policy advisors/clinicians-perhaps there could be a way of contributing via GP surgeries etc.

Of course input from specialists in a field who are not women is important, not saying otherwise, but it does feel like decisions are made by people who have no idea about what it is like to be a not very well off woman!

Why the contribution is important

To be really effective, services need to be highly relevent.

So long as you are including transwomen in this, and nonbinary and gender minorities, then absolutely. We need more diversity in leadership and policy decisions in all aspects, gender, race, disability, financial means, etc etc
