Reduce minimum annual requirements of hours and Recert

Increase availability of KAPS exams and law&ethics course, decrease or subsidised cost of both 

Consider softening previous clinical practice requirements around international degrees 

Make Evolve program bi-annually for better retention 

We need to retain pharmacists and increase staffing levels in the profession.
