Skills framework for the information age

NZ has joined Australia in a country licence for Skills Framework in the Information Age. sounds like an area that would be worth exploring for health. NSW govt have also partnered with TAFE to introduce new courses. NZ is not much different, so could be worth joining in? 

leveraging off current opportunities rather than rebuilding our own.
