Apparently the UK are offering a 12 month 'Career Break' to health staff eg Medical Imaging Technologists; so they can travel, get experience and then return to a role.

Might be an incentive to assist with New Zealander health professionals who are now doing their 'Overseas Experience'. 

This is an incentive for New Zealand health professionals to get overseas experience and then have the security of returning to a role.
