Recruitment agency

We need a government agency for international recruitment.  The would serve to reach out to medical care workers in various countries to explain the opportunities and process of getting registered and getting visas.  Making the process inviting and easy and plenty more doctors, nurses, and allied health care workers will come.  

We are not going to meet demand locally with so many people leaving to Austrailia.  We will have to rely on recruitment of overseas medical staff.  The process needs to be inviting and straitforward.  This could have a big impact with in a few years and should be given serious consideration if the ministry wants to improve staffing issues.
