Agree - do away with silos and patch protection and utilize support workers to enable all to work at top of scope.

The Calderdale framework promoted this but gained limited support in NZ - especially the North Island

There are plenty of professions and teams that don't currently have access to support workers/assistants. Completely agree that improved/increased access to this workforce would increase the capacity of our health system, as well as strengthening pathways into health.
