GP admin support

1.fund IT systems for GP clinics :hardware software support just like hospitals . Fund telephony

2.provide admin support across localities : telephone support , central staff to deal with the many agencies interacting with GP clinics : WINZ ACC MOH

Why the contribution is important

These actions free up GPs & nurses to do health care , not hours & hours of admin & paperwork . Thus increases efficiency & improves health care

The same IT system at all GPs would streamline onboarding of staff (no need to learn a new system at a new practice), and could also provide better continuity of care between GP and Hospital (e.g referrals would all be in the same format to the same place)

A unified software programme for Primary Care, communicating with secondary care and fully government funded, will free up time and resources presently distracting Nurses and GPs, freeing up time resources to focus on clinical care. Remove metadata care from the coal face and use AI, robots and admin staff to take over this data care function.

I fully tautoko/support this idea, and in particular, the detail provided by PeterFleischl.
Ensure the system is able to be interoperable with requests and referrals from Hauora services (e.g. social sector impacting health & wellbeing).
Think and plan for wider usage of a platform, i.e. health and other services that support the wider determinants of health.
