Better work perks

If you work for an airline, in hospitality or retail etc. you get discounts on goods and services in your industry.

Health should be the same - free or discounted GP fees, community radiology services (cover the co-payment fee) and dental services for the health workforce.  

To make affordable (and fair) rate of discount could be at a higher rate for those workforce earning the least.
