More diagnostic testing

Provide more resources to allow more diagnostic testing/ enable doctors to be more willing to order relevant tests. 

I have had to fight receive diagnostic testing such as an x-ray on several occasions despite it being necessary as I did in fact have broken bones. This is something I have heard many times. Judgements are too often made based on appearances and stereotypes and the lack of testing contributes to feeling dismissed, a lack of trust and avoidance of health professionals which all contribute to worse health outcomes.
