Māori and menopuase

Have an overt strategy by Māori, for Māori that is delivered in a Māori way. 

Māori are massively underserved in the health sector and strategies for Māori feel like an add on rather than come from a Māori starting point.

Even having an upvote for ideas is inequitable as Māori are proportionaly a smaller demographic and so much less likely to go through the parlavour of registering into a system that has never served Māori adequately and so there is huge amounts of mistrust towards a system that does not serve Māori.
